Here at Upland Vac & Sew we carry the most innovative sewing machines and sergers from major brands including Bernina, Elna, Baby Lock and Juki. The store has been serving the community since 1967. Lou and Rosalie, the current owners, have owned the business for 16 years. Combined, they have 70 years of experience in the sewing machine business. They have won numerous awards including trips to Switzerland, Mexico, Spain, Germany and many others. Lou, Rosalie and our manager Judy are trained in all brands of sewing machines, and every year they participate in dealer training to keep up with the latest changes in the always-evolving sewing world. Here at Upland Vac & Sew, we not only know sewing machines, but we are passionate about sewing.
Within minutes we can pinpoint the machine best suited to YOUR interests whether it's mending, garment construction, quilting or embroidery. Whatever your interests are, we have several machines set up and ready for you to sit down and try or just ask questions about.
When you purchase a machine with us, your machine comes with free lessons on how to learn everything your machine is capable of doing. You can take these classes AS MANY TIMES as you need to for as long as you own your machine. Plus we are always available for any extra needed support. If you encounter a problem with your sewing machine or serger, we are only a phone call away, or you can come down to the store and we can help solve your problem.
Plus, we are warranty dealers for the brands that we carry, so any machine you buy from us is warranty-guaranteed. If your machine ends up needing a part, or you just want a special accessory for your machine, we can order it for you.
