If you are not sure how to prepare your fabric for applique using the Accuquilt, don’t worry! We can do that together in class.

Reminder that you are to bring your own cutting mat each month. Cutting mats are like rotary blades- they only last so long!

You do not need to bring your cutter; we will be using the store’s cutter.

You will be able to cut out one block from my die.

Our Accuquilt Club will meet on the first Wednesday of each month. The club will meet from 10-12 pm and be taught by Monika. There will be no sewing done in class, so there's no need to lug your machine back and forth! The focus will be practicing and learning different folding techniques when using the dies, but the real fun part is that each month you will be working on a quilt block that can be turned into a beautiful quilt at the end of the year! Monika will bring her cutter and Qube for students to use in class and each student will be able to cut 1 block using her cutter. By the end of the year you can use all the blocks you learn in class to construct the quilt or to turn into several smaller projects! As the year goes on, Monika will expand and show different things you can do using the angles and corners companions.

We think this will be a great club for anyone whose purchased the Go cutters and want to use them more or get more comfortable using them, or for anyone who is curious about the products and haven't bought them yet, but want to get an idea of what you can create with them!
